Postnatal support
For new parents or growing families, the postnatal period can be daunting, coupled with sleep deprivation, your recovery and much more. That's why I offer personalised Postnatal Support services that are tailored to the unique needs of you and your baby. You'll receive one-on-one support from an experienced Doula who will empower you with the tools and knowledge you need to navigate this exciting new chapter of your life with joy and confidence.​

How I work with you
I provide emotional and physical support, as well as informative resources to help you transition into parenthood with ease and joy. *I have an Enhanced DBS certificate*.

Whether you need more sleep, a listening ear or advice on helping siblings adjust to the new baby I am here to be flexible and work with you to ensure you have a positive and joyful experience. Here is an example of some of the support offered:

Post natal planning session, this will help you to anticipate the support you will need

Night time Doula, I will attentively look after your baby whilst you have uninterrupted sleep, contact me for more information.

Helping you ease into your "firsts" - your first outing outside of the home, your first visit to the park or the shops etc

Signposting you to your local mum and baby support groups

Support with feeding and bathing

Caring for baby whilst you nap

Assisting you with planning your day

Accompanying you to appointments

I can provide up to 15 hours of support over a 4-6 week period of your choice, we suggest each session is for 3hour blocks. Additionally, we have noticed some families need this support even more so when their partner returns to work.
Outcomes
One key aspect to our postnatal support is helping mothers that is sensitive to your needs and help you navigate motherhood the way they envisage with joy and courage. Through a nurturing and supportive environment we want you to confidently walk in your mothering instincts and become the mum you want to be.
